| 目的：观察脉管康复片对实验动物心脑血管的药理效应。方法：应用脉管康复片分别对实验动物模型进行实验研究，与华佗再造丸相对照，观察脉管康复片对大鼠心肌坏死的保护作用、对麻醉大鼠缺血再灌注心律失常和脂质过氧化物的保护作用、对丝裂霉素细胞中毒性心肌损伤的保护作用、对大鼠颈动脉血栓形成的抑制作用和对家兔血脂及动脉粥样斑块形成的影响。结果：实验结果证明，脉管康复片具以下作用：（1）明显增加冠状动脉血流量，能明显地缩小心肌梗死范围，保护异丙肾上腺与所致大鼠心肌坏死的作用。（2）保持心肌细胞氧化和抗氧化平衡，阻断脂质过氧化连锁反应，降低细胞内Ca2+超负荷，减少CK-MB酶从心肌细胞中漏出。（3）对心肌超微结构损伤，特别是肌原纤维及细胞质损伤有明显的保护作用。（4）对大鼠颈动脉血栓有抑制作用，有促进表皮细胞合成并释放PGI2，而不影响TXA2生物合成的纤溶作用。（5）能明显抑制家兔血清胆固醇升高作用，对动脉粥样斑形成有抑制和消除作用，抗高脂血症，不增加主动脉、肝脏及肾上腺组织内的脂质含量。结论：脉管康复片对心脑血管具有良好的保护作用，可作为心脑血管疾病治疗的一线药物应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the pharmacological effect of Maiguan Kangfu tablets on experimental animals’ cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: Maiguan Kangfu Tablets were studied on the experimental animal model, in contrast with Huatuo Zaizao pills, to observe the protective effect of the Maiguan Kangfu Tablets on myocardial necrosis in rats, the protective effects of anesthetized rats in ischemia reinfusion arrhythmia and lipid peroxide, protective effects of mitomycin cells induced myocardial injury, the inhibitory effects of rat carotid artery thrombosis and effect of blood lipids and atherogenesis in rabbits. Results: The experimental results show that, Maiguan Kangfu Tablets possess the following functions:(1)Can significantly increase coronary blood flow, obviously reduce the range of myocardial infarction, and protect isoproterenol induced myocardial necrosis in rats.(2)Can maintain the balance between oxidation and anti-oxidation of myocardial cells, block lipid peroxidation chain reaction, decrease the intracellular Ca2+ overload, and reduce CK-MB enzyme from myocardial cell leakage.(3)Have the protective effect of the myocardial ultrastructural damage, especially having obvious protective effect of myofibrils and cytoplasmic injury.(4)Have an inhibitory effect on rat model of carotid thrombosis, promoting epidermal cell synthesis and the release of PGI2, without affecting the TXA2 biosynthesis of fibrinolysis.(5)Can obviously inhibit the elevation of serum cholesterol in rabbits, restrain and eliminate the formation of atheromatous plaque, fight hyperlipidemia without increasing the lipid content of aorta, liver and stomach gland tissues. Conclusion: Maiguan Kangfu Tablets, with good protective effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, can be used as first-line drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
