| 目的：观察开郁抑瘤法对晚期胃癌患者的生存期和生活质量的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组50例，只用中药和西药的常规疗法；治疗组50例，在对照组基础上，加用开郁抑瘤法进行治疗。结果：治疗组50例，显效9例，有效24例，无效17例，总有效率66.0%；对照组50例，显效2例，有效17例，无效31例，总有效率38.0%。两组疗效比较有极其显著性差异，P<0.01。结论：开郁抑瘤法对晚期胃癌患者延长生存期和改善生活质量有明显疗效。 |

| objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Kaiyu Yiliu therapy in survival time and quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 100 Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 50 Cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy of using traditional medicine and western medicine; 50 cases in treatment group were treated by Kaiyu Yiliu therapy on the basis of control group. Results: In the treatment group, 9 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases effective, 17 cases ineffective and the total efficiency rate was 66.0%; while in the control group, 2 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases effective, 31 cases ineffective and the total efficiency rate was 38.0%. There was significantly different(P<0.01) between the two group. Conclusion: The efficacy of Kaiyu Yiliu therapy is obvious for patients with advanced gastric cancer to prolong survival time and improve quality of life. |
