| 目的：观察生精通络饮治疗特发性弱精子症的疗效。方法：将山东中医药大学第二附属医院生殖医学中心2012年6月-2013年3月98例特发性弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组口服生精通络饮，对照组口服生精胶囊。1个月为1个疗程，以a级精子活动率及（a＋b）级精子活动率为指标，评价生精通络饮的疗效和安全性。结果：总有效率治疗组为80．00％，对照组为53．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组与对照组治疗后的精液各项参数比治疗前都有明显好转（P〈0．05）。结论：生精通络饮治疗特发性弱精子症疗效显著，并未见不良反应。 |

| Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of the Shengjing Tongluo Yin in curing idiopathic asthenospermia. Methods： 98 Patients with idiopathic asthenospermia were divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given the Shengjing Tongluo Yin, while the control group was taken the Androgone capsule. One-month treatment was one course. Evaluation of the clinical curative effect and its safiy based on a grade activity rate of sperm and （a＋b） of sperm activity rate. Result： The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%, and the control group was 53.33%, this difference had significent meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shengiing Tongluo Yin is quite effective in the treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia with no adverse reaction. |
