      目的:观察金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)驱铅片(MT驱铅片)对铅中毒儿童血铅水平和血锌、铁、钙、镁、铜含量及血红蛋白(Hb)的影响。方法:将240例铅中毒儿童随机分为两组,实验组口服MT驱铅片,对照组口服安慰剂普通蛋白片。口服NIT驱铅片或安慰剂1个月和2个月后,检测两组儿童的全血铅水平和全血锌、铁、镁、钙、铜及血红蛋白含量。结果:实验组儿童服用MT驱铅片2个月后血铅水平(65±16)μg/L,明显低于对照组(112±24)μg/L(P〈0.01);实验组血锌、铁、镁含量明显升高(P〈0.05),而血钙、血铜水平无明显改变(P〉0.05);治疗后,实验组血红蛋白明显升高(P〈0.01)。实验组118例患儿红细胞与细胞计数、心电图及肝肾功能,在治疗前后均无明显改变(P〉0.05)。结论:服用MT驱铅片可以降低铅中毒儿童血铅水平,并使体内元素保持平衡,同时还可升高血红蛋白,对铅中毒儿童是安全、有效的。

      Objective: To observe the effect of metallothionein (MT) lead-expelling tablets on blood lead levels, contents of trace elements Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu and Hb in lead poisoning children. Methods: 240 Cases of lead poisoning children were divided into two groups randomly. MT lead-expelling tablets were given to the experiment group, placebo was given to control group. After oral administration of MT lead-expelling tablets or placebo for 1 and 2 months, blood lead levels, contents of elements Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu and Hb were determined. Results: After 2 months treatment, the blood lead level (65± 16) μg/L in the experiment group, was obviously lower than that (112± 24) μg/L of in control group (P〈0.01), and the contents of blood zinc, iron and magnesium were increased, while contents of blood calcium and copper were not changed. The level of lib in experiment group increased much after therapy(P〈0.01). The red blood and white blood count, the electrocardiograph, the function of liver and kidney all did not change much in experiment group. Conclusion: MT lead-expelling tablets decrease the blood lead levels, maintain the balance of elements in lead poisoning children and increase Hb. It is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of children with lead poisoning.
