| 目的：评价选择性痔上黏膜切除吻合术（TST）治疗脱垂性痔的临床疗效及手术并发症。方法：将50例脱垂性痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组25例，试验组行TST手术，对照组行外剥内扎术，观察两组的临床疗效及手术并发症。结果：两组疗效的差别无统计学意义（P>0.05），试验组在术后疼痛、肛缘水肿、排便情况、手术时间和住院时间等方面与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：TST治疗脱垂性痔的疗效可靠，术后并发症少。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and complications of Tissue-Selecting therapy stapler(TST) for prolapsed hemorrhoids. Methods: 50 Cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by TST，and the control group was treated by Milligan-Morgan，to compare the clinical efficacy and complications between the two groups. Results: The two surgical procedures achieved the same clinical efficacy（P>0.05）,there were statistically significant difference in postoperative pain, the degree of bowel patency，anal edge edema，operation time and hospital stays between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: TST treating for prolapsed hemorrhoids is reliable and has low complications. |
