| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗重症手足口病（HFMD）的临床疗效及价值。方法：选取本院2010年6月~2012年3月收治的重症手足口病患儿48例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用自拟中药汤剂治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组，体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间以及神经、呼吸、循环系统等症状改善均早于对照组（P均<0.05）。结论：在常规基础上加服中药对治疗重症手足口病具有较为满意的临床效果，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect and the value of combination of chinese tradiational and western medicine in the treatment of severe hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD). Methods: From June 2010 to March 2012, 48 cases with hand foot and mouth disease were divided into treatment group and control group, each group were 24 cases. The treatment group was treated with chinese medicine prescription on the basic of routine therapy. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the time of temperature to restoring, deflorescence, the symptoms improve of nervous, respiratory, circulatory system were shorter (P <0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine prescription on the basic of routine therapy in the treatment of severe hand foot and mouth disease in infants have better clinical effect, deserve the clinical expansion. |
