| 目的：研究巴仙送子汤对生精障碍模型小鼠的影响，为临床应用和进一步研究巴仙送子汤提供客观的实验和理论依据。方法：取健康成年雄性小鼠，麻醉成功后将其睾丸浸没于43 ℃温水浴20 min造模，随机分成三组，模型对照组（简称模型组）常规喂养14 d，不予药物干预，另外两组分别灌服巴仙送子汤（简称巴仙组）和五子衍宗汤（简称五子组）连续14 d。另设正常组，常规喂养相同时间。处死后，检测附睾精子密度、活动率，并做睾丸组织光镜病理切片观察。结果：巴仙送子汤能明显促进损伤睾丸病理恢复正常，优于五子组及模型组；巴仙送子汤能明显提高小鼠精子活动率，优于五子组（P <0.01）及正常组(P <0.05)；增加小鼠精子密度优于五子组(P <0.01)。结论：巴仙送子汤有明显的促生精、恢复睾丸病理的作用，且优于五子组与模型组。 |

| Objective:To investigate the influence of Baxiansongzi decoction on sperm lesion letdown in mice and provided data for further study and clinical practice.Methods:The testises of male mice were taken into the warm bath in 43 ℃ within 20 minters changing the spermatogenic lesion letdown model, and those mices were randomly divided into three groups, respective ig Baxiansongzi decoction,Wuziyanzong decoction and normal saline and having taken medicine for two weeks. Another mices was builted the normal group.The testicular tissue was observed as well and measure the number ,motility of sperms,the weight of the testicles,epididymis and body.Result:The pathology of the injured testicular organs were restored remarkably in Baxiansongzi group and better than that in Wuziyanzong group and model group.The number and motility of sperms could remarkably raise in Baxiansongzi group than that in Wuziyanzong group(P < 0.01). Baxiansongzi group could raise the weight of the testis and Epididymis better than that in Wuziyanzong group(P <0.05) and Model group(P <0.01).Conclusions: Baxiansongzi decoction can remarkably promote the spermatogenetic function of testis and restore the pathology of the injured testicular organs in mice. |
