      目的:通过观察养血清脑颗粒对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型大鼠血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平的影响,了解心型脂肪酸结合蛋白是否可以作为大脑中动脉缺血再灌注损伤的早期生化标志物。方法:将Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为假手术组、大脑中动脉栓塞组及养血清脑颗粒低剂量组、高剂量组,分别灌胃蒸馏水1 mL/(100g·次)或养血清脑颗粒0.05、0.1 g/(100g·次)。大脑中动脉缺血再灌注后24 h采血,酶联免疫吸附试验测定大鼠H-FABP水平。结果:各组大鼠血清H-FABP水平(mmol/L):假手术组(346.00±3.67)、大脑中动脉栓塞组(347.73±3.67)、养血清脑颗粒低剂量组(346.16±5.23)、养血清脑颗粒高剂量组(345.61±4.19),各组间无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:各组大鼠血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平无统计学差异,在大脑中动脉缺血再灌注损伤后24 h血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平无显著升高,无法确定心型脂肪酸结合蛋白可以作为一个早期诊断脑梗死理想的生化标志物。

      Objective: In order to investigate whether heart-fatty acid binding protein can be an early biomarker of ischemia-reperfusion injury. The rat model of Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) were established to observe the effect of Yangxueqingnao on level of serum H-FABP. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups randomly: sham operation, middle cerebral artery occusion, low dose Yangxueqingnao and high dose Yangxueqingnao. The four groups were given intragastric administration distilled water and different dose of Yangxueqingnao respectively. 24 hours after the rat model of MCAO was established, all of the rats were measured the level of serum H-FABP by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The level of serum H-FABP(mmol/L): sham operation groups (346.00±3.67), MCAO groups (347.73±3.67), low dose Yangxueqingnao groups (346.16±5.23), high dose Yangxueqingnao groups (345.61±4.19). The level of serum H-FABP have no statistics difference between every group, P>0.05. Conclusion: The level of serum H-FABP have no statistics difference between every group. The serum H-FABP didn’t increase significantly 24 hours after ischemia-reperfusion injury. So it is still not sure that the H-FABP can be an early biomarker of the cerebral infarction.
