| 目的：研究复方益母草胶囊联合缩宫素对预防产后出血的作用。方法：选择住院行自然分娩553例孕妇进行分析。随机分组，研究组产时用缩宫素 20 U静脉推注，产后每天用复方益母草胶囊。对照组产时用缩宫素 20 U静脉推注。结果：产后 24 h平均出血量观察组为（215±45） mL，对照组为（285±55） mL，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；研究组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：复方益母草胶囊与缩宫素联合应用与单用缩宫素比较，可明显减少顺产产后24 h的出血量，从而达到预防及治疗产后出血的目的。 |

| Objective:Observe clinical effects of compound motherwort capsule combined oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage(PPH) during spontaneous section．Methods:553 Women who delivered by spontaneous section in hospital were include in the study .They were divided randomly into study group and control group. Immediately after fetal delivery, study group was given oxytocin 20 U intravenous push, and compound motherwort capsule 1.2 g(tid) after delivery. Control group was given oxytocin 20 U intravenous push only．Results: The vaginal bleeding volumes during 24 h after delivery of study group was（215±45） mL, and those of control group was (285±55) mL. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of drug adverse reaction after delivery between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:Compared with oxytocin, the application of compound motherwort capsule combined oxytocin has obvious effects in PPH in spontaneous section. |
