| 目的：观察苦参素治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组用苦参素联合氯雷他定治疗；对照组仅口服氯雷他定片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率为82.5%，对照组为60.0%（P＜0.05）；治疗结束1个月后随访，治疗组复发率为20.0%，对照组为65.0%（P＜0.05）。结论：苦参素治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical of Marine capsules therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:80 Cases chronic urticaria patients were randomly divied into treatment group and control group , the treatment group was treated with compound Marine capsules and the Loratadine tablets, the control group was treated with Loratadine tablets.Results: The effective rate was 82.5% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group,The response rate of Marine capsules therapy combined the Loratadine tablets groups was significantly higher than the Loratadine tablets groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Marine capsules therapy is a safe and effective choice for chronic urticaria patient. |
