| 目的：观察中西药三联法治疗肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。方法：将60例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组采用强的松治疗，治疗组采用布地奈德吸入剂、阿奇霉素口服、华佗再造丸口服治疗。观察两组患者治疗后症状改善、肺功能、胸部 X线片、CT、血气分析等变化。结果：观察3个月，治疗组患者在呼吸困难、咳嗽及Velcros罗音方面较治疗前有明显改善，疗前疗后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)，两组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组肺感染次数少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西药三联法治疗肺间质纤维化不仅可以控制病情，减少激素副作用，提好患者生活质量，还可预防其发展，治疗效果明显。 |

| Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined application of chinese medicine and western medicine decoction on pulmonary interstitialfibrosis．Methods: 60 Patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups．30 Cases in the treatment group were treated with combined application of chinese medicine and western medicine decoction，while 30 cases in control group were treated with prednisone．Then the improvement of symptom and the changes of chest X-ray，CT and blood gas analysis were observed after treatments．Results:The clinical symptoms of treatment group were improved after treatments，and the difference was significant (P＜0.05)．There was significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P＜0.05)．Conclusion:Combined application of chinese medicine and western medicine decoction can be applied in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis． |
