| 目的：探讨扶阳透骨片治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的作用及可能机制。方法：制备去卵巢SD大鼠骨质疏松症模型，随机分为正常组、空白对照组、实验对照组和实验组。各组分别喂食生理盐水、阿仑磷酸钠和扶阳透骨片，共计9周。实验周期结束后分别测量其生化指标：钙（Ca）、磷（P）、骨钙素（BGP）、降钙素（CT）、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRAP）和雌二醇（E2）和物理指标：股骨、腰椎骨密度（BMD）。结果：试验结束后，空白对照组Ca、P、BGP、CT、E2及BMD均明显下降，TRAP显著升高，证明骨质疏松症模型建立成功；实验组在造模成功基础上，能显著改善Ca、P、BGP、CT、E2水平，并降低TRAP水平，改善骨质量（P<0.05）；与实验对照组相比，实验组上述优势更为突出（P<0.05）。结论：扶阳透骨片能发挥雌激素样作用，促进骨形成，改善骨质量，提高骨强度，发挥抗骨质疏松作用。 |

| Objective:To explore the mechanism of Fuyangtougu tablets in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:Ovariectomized SD rats were prepared and randomly divided into normal group, control group, experimental control group and experimental group. Fed by normal saline, sodium Alendronate and Fuyangtougu tablets for 9 weeks. The end of the experimental period: calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), Osteocalcin (BGP), calcitonin (CT), tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) ，estradiol (E2) and femoral or lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) were mesured.Results:After the test, blood Ca, P, BGP, CT, E2 and BMD of the control group were significantly decreased and TRAP increased significantly, proved that the modeling of osteoporosis were successfully established. On the basis of the success of the model, Experimental group could significantly improve the Ca, P, BGP, CT, E2 level and lower the TRAP level (P<0.05). These advantages compared with the experimental control group, the experimental group was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fuyangtougu tablets role liking estrogen, it can promote bone formation, improve the quality of bone, increasing bone strength, anti-osteoporosis effect play. |
