| 目的：观察拔罐疗法干预不同证型肩周炎的疗效差异，优选出拔罐疗法治疗肩周炎的最适宜证型。方法：运用拔罐疗法治疗肩周炎三种证型患者各20例，采用国际公认的描述与测量疼痛的McGill疼痛询问表为观察指标，记录观察对象治疗前后疼痛症状的各项评分变化，对比分析拔罐疗法治疗不同证型肩周炎的临床疗效。结果：经统计分析，三组治疗前后目测类比定级法（VAS）和现有疼痛强度（PPI）指标积分相比均有显著差异（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），但三组治疗后VAS、PPI积分差值相比均有显著差异（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。结论：拔罐疗法干预不同证型肩周炎存在疗效差异，其中风寒外袭型疗效最好，气滞血瘀型疗效次之，而气血亏虚型疗效最差。 |

| Objective: To observe the difference of clinical effects of cupping therapy for different syndrome types of periarthritis of shoulder and summarize clinical experience to improve the clinical effect of cupping therapy. Method: Used cupping therapy to treat 20 patients with periarthritis of shoulder for three syndrome types,the internationally acknowledged McGill pain questionnaire was taken as observational index. The score changes of pain symptoms before and after treatment were recorded and the effects of cupping therapy for different syndrome types of periarthritis of shoulder were analyzed. Result: By statistical analysis, there were significant difference among the scores of VAS and PPI of the three groups before and after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), the clinical effect of wind-cold outside attack group was best, qi stagnation and blood stasis group medium, deficiency of qi and blood group worst. Conclusion: There is difference among different syndrome types of periarthritis of shoulder, this is important for choosing the best adaptation diseases of cupping therapy. |
