| 目的：观察针灸结合中西药辨证治疗Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法：将46例病人随机分为治疗组26例和对照组20例，治疗组采用针灸加中药辨证治疗，并结合常规西药治疗；对照组仅采用常规西药治疗，3个疗程后统计治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.2%，对照组为80.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论：针灸结合中西药辨证治疗是一种治疗Hunt综合征的有效方法。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of dialectical treatment Hunt syndrome with acupuncture plus cinese herbal medication and western medicine.Methods:46 Cases with Hunt syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group of 26 cases and the control group of 20 cases.The treatment group received the treatment acupuncture plus chinese herbal medication and western medicine, and the control group only received the treatment of western medicine.The therapeutic effects were compared after three courses of treatment. Result:The total efficacy rate was 96.2% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01).Conclusion:Dialectical treatment with acupuncture plus chinese herbal medication and western medicine for Hunt syndrome is an effective way. |
