| 目的：观察丹参注射液离子导入治疗玻璃体积血的临床疗效。方法：玻璃体积血164例患者按照入院顺序分为治疗组84例、对照组80例，两组患者均在病程1周后常规使用血管扩张剂：血栓通注射液0.5 g静滴，每日1次；2周后改服复方血栓通软胶囊0.74 g/次，3 次/d；治疗组同时予丹参注射液离子导入治疗，每次20 min，每天2 次，10 d 为1个疗程，共3 个疗程。观察两组治疗前后视力恢复与眼底改善情况，并对所得数据进行统计分析及评价临床疗效。结果：治疗组显效49例、有效28例、无效7例，总有效率91.67%；对照组显效34例、有效25例、无效21例，总有效率73.75%；治疗组患者视力变化与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异（P <0.05)。结论：丹参注射液离子导入治疗玻璃体积血有改善症状、促进积血吸收、提高视力的良好治疗效果，与常规单纯全身药物治疗相比，治疗后视力明显改善，是治疗玻璃体积血的好方法。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinic effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection iontherapy in treating vitreous hemorrhage.Methods:164 Patients with vitreous hemorrhage were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the visiting sequence ,treatment group(84 cases) and control group(80 cases). Both of two groups used the vasodilators after one week in the course of the disease:xueshuantong injection 0.5 g was used intravenously once a day，after 2 weeks of treatment, oral complex thrombolysis caps 0.74 g,tid. Patients in the treatment group on the same time were cured with salvia miltiorrhiza injection iontherapy , 20 min each time, two times a day, ten days was one period of treatment,for 3 successive periods.In the treatment period,the vision and the fundus in both groups was observed,then statistical analysis the experiment data and assess the effect of treatment.Results:As for the treatment group,49 cases were significantly effective,28 cases were effectual and 7 cases were unfruitful,the total effective rate was 91.67%.When come to control group,the dates were 34,25,21 respectively,and the total effective rate was 73.75%.After treatment,the vision of treatment group compared with control group showing significantly difference(P <0.05).Conclusions:Salvia miltiorrhiza injection iontherapy in treating vitreous hemorrhage have good therapeutic effect on improvement in the symptoms, promote the blood absorption, improve eye sight . The vision and the fundus were significantly improved as compared with only medication for the vitreous hemorrhage. It is a effective method in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage. |
