| 目的：了解Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防性应用抗菌药物的情况，评价用药合理性，加强抗菌药物的使用管理。方法：调查2011年7~12月出院的411例Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物应用情况，并进行统计分析。结果：411例Ⅰ类切口手术患者中211例使用了抗菌药物，使用率达51.34%；抗菌药物使用频次排序前3位的依次为头孢呋辛、头孢唑啉、头孢曲松。结论：该院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用不合理现象主要表现在用药品种档次高、选用时机不当以及过度用药等问题，有待进一步规范管理。 |

| Objective:To investigate the status and rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients undergoing type I incision operation and strengthen the management on the use of antibiotics.Methods:Medical records of 411 patients underdoing type I incision operation who were discharged from the hospital from july to december in 2011 were investigated and analyzed.Result:Among all the 411 cases，211 cases (51.34%) had prophylactic use of antibiotics.Cefuroxime,cefazolin,ceftriaxone were in the top 3 place in the list of frequency of antibacterial drugs use.Conclusion:The problems existing in the use of prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing type I incision operation in this hospital mainly reflected in the following:high grade of antibiotics selected，improper mediction timing and excessive drug use etc,thus standardized management on the use of antibiotics remains to be done. |
