| 目的：评价生大黄治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的应用效果。方法：将40例轻症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组（n=20）和治疗组（n=20）。对照组以单纯西医治疗，治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用生大黄口服。比较两组在腹部症状、体征、肠道功能、血淀粉酶(AMS)和腹部CT阳性征象的恢复时间、住院天数和疗效上的差异。结果：治疗组患者腹部症状、体征、肠道功能、血淀粉酶及腹部CT阳性征象恢复快，住院天数短，明显优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：生大黄能够明显改善轻症急性胰腺炎临床症状，缩短病程，疗效确切。 |

| Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of mild acute pancreatitis treated with integrated rhubarb and western medicine.Methods:40 Patients with mild acute prancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=20)and the control group (n=20).The patients in control group were treated with western medicine only.Those in treatment group were treated with western medicine and rhubarb.The abdominal symptoms,signs,AMS,the function of enteron aisle,CT,the effect of treatment and the course of disease were observed.Results:The average disappearing time of symptoms and signs,the laboratory examinations and the curative effect in treatment group were better than those in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb combined with western medicine can shorten the course of treating mild acute prancreatitis and have better effect and are convenient. |
