| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗在老年性前列腺增生中的应用。方法：收集39例老年性前列腺增生患者，随机分为两组，西医治疗组19例，中西医结合治疗组20例，分别采用西医治疗和中西医结合治疗。结果：中西医结合治疗组总有效率为95.0%，西医治疗组总有效率为68.4%。中西医结合治疗组治疗效果优于西医治疗组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗老年性前列腺增生具有较好的疗效，是一种较理想的治疗方法。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of senile prostatic hyperplasia with traditional chinese and western medicine treatment.Methods:39 Cases of senile prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups, western medicine group of 19 patients were given western medical treatment,and chinese and western medicine treatment group with 20 patients were given conventional western medical combined with traditional chinese medicine treatment.Results:The total effective rate of traditional chinese and western medicine treatment group was 95%, the total effective rate of western medicine treatment group was 64.8%, and the traditional chinese and western medicine treatment effects better than the single western medicine treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional chinese and western medicine treatment is an ideal method of treatment. |
