| 目的：在西药治疗的同时加入“肿病”方为主方的中药汤剂，观察该方治疗顽固性心衰的临床疗效。方法：将60例顽固性心衰病人随机分为中药组和对照组。对照组给予强心利尿等常规治疗。中药组在此基础上加中药汤剂。两组均治疗15 d，记录治疗前后心功能、超声心动图、6 min步行试验结果。结果：以“肿病”方为主方的中药汤剂可以提高心功能，增加每搏输出量、心输出量，提高射血分数，延长患者的6 min步行距离（两组比较，P <0.05）。结论：“肿病”方为主方的中药汤剂可明显改善顽固性心衰患者心功能。 |

| Objective:By the method of combining chinese and western medicine,we observed the clinical eflect of the patients with refractory heart failure.Method:60 Patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into traditional chinese medicine group and the control group.Control group received expansion cardiac tube, diuretic and other conventional treated. For chinese medicine group, traditional chinese medicine decoction was added up.Both groups were treated 15 d,recording heart function,ECG,6 min walk test.Result:Zhong-bing decoction can be more effective to improve heart function,increase output per Bo,cardiac output, increase ejection fraction and prolong the 6 min walking distance (compared with control group,P <0.05).Conclusion:Zhong-bing decoction can significantly improve heart function in patients with refractory heart failure. |
