| 目的：观察针刺结合微波治疗面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法：120例面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组。对照组口服泼尼松龙、 维生素B1、维生素 B6 、地巴唑。治疗组在此基础上加用针刺和微波。结果：治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组（P <0.05），痊愈疗程也明显短于对照组（P <0.01）。结论：在常规西药治疗的基础上，加用针刺结合微波照射治疗面神经麻痹，能提高临床疗效，并明显缩短痊愈疗程，值得临床进一步推广。 |

| Objective:Observation the of acupuncture combined with microwave treatment facial palsy the clinical curative effect of.Methods:120 Cases of facial palsy patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group oral prednisolone,vitamin B1, vitamin B6,bathiazole. The treatment group based on this add with acupuncture and microwave.Results:The treatment group healed rate was obviously higher than that in control group(P <0.05),and healed treatment also obviously shorter than in control group (P <0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine therapy, add with acupuncture combined with microwave radiation therapy facial palsy, can improve the clinical curative effect, and significantly shortened recovery treatment, and should be recommended for a winder use. |
