| 目的：探讨“5-23”江西东乡列车脱轨事故伤员病情特点及救治分析。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年5月23日收治的列车脱轨事故伤员61例，其中下颌骨骨折1例，肋骨骨折4例，锁骨骨折5例，四肢骨折27例，骨盆骨折7例，颈椎骨折1例，胸椎骨折1例，腰椎骨折9例，截肢术后2例，多处软组织挫裂伤4例，采用分类检伤、专科手术等方法积极救治。结果：收治伤员全部得到及时、准确、有效地救治，无死亡、院内感染、内固定松动及断裂等并发症的发生。结论： 列车脱轨事故伤员，病情复杂，伤口污染程度高，应采用分类检伤、专科手术的救治方法。 |

| Objective:To investigate the characteristics and clinical remedy analysis for the injured in train derailment accident in May 23 2010.Methods:61 Patients injured in train derailment accident were treated in our hospital，including 1 mandible fracture,4 rib fractures,5 clavicle fractures,27 extremity fractures,7 pelvic fractures and 11 spinal fractures.Results:All the patients were treated with acurate methods.No death,nosocomial infection,internal-fixation loosening or breakage was found.Conclusion:The characteristics of patients in train derailment accident are very complicated.We shoud classify the injury and use the damage control technology to treat the patients.When the condition of patient is good,we then select the special operative treatment. |
