| 目的：观察化浊通络汤对高尿酸血症（HUA）大鼠血尿酸（UA）、黄嘌呤氧化酶（XOD）、腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）的影响，探讨其治疗HUA的机理。方法：以腺嘌呤合乙胺丁醇法造成大鼠HUA模型，灌胃给予化浊通络汤，给药7 d，测定其血清中UA、XOD、ADA含量。结果：化浊通络汤大、中、小剂量及阳性对照药苯溴马龙组均能显著降低大鼠血清中UA水平（P <0.05，P <0.01），化浊通络汤大、中剂量能显著降低大鼠血清中XOD含量（P <0.05），对ADA含量无明显影响。结论：化浊通络汤对HUA具有良好的治疗作用，推测其机理可能与降低XOD含量有关。 |

| Objective:To explore the influence of HZTL on UA 、XOD、ADA level of HUA model rat and to discuss the mechanism of HZTL.Methods：HUA rat model was made by Adenine and Ethambutol,and HZTL was given by intragastric administration for 7 days. UA、XOD、ADA content in serum is detected. Results:Large,middle,small dose of HZTL and Benzbromarone group can decrease UA level in rat's serum(P <0.05，P <0.01);Large,middle dose of HZTL can decrease XOD content significantly;All groups has no significant effect on ADA content.Conclusion：HZTL has a good role in treating HUA ,the mechanism is related to decreasing XOD level. |
