| 目的：对比10 d序贯疗法与传统三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法：选取67例1月内14C尿素呼气试验阳性或者胃镜HP试验阳性病例，随机分为两组：治疗组前5 d予兰索拉唑、阿莫西林，后5 d予兰索拉唑、替硝唑、克拉霉素治疗；对照组予兰索拉唑加阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗10 d。疗程结束1个月后行14C尿素呼气试验检测。结果：治疗组总有效率97.0%，对照组总有效率78.8%，两组疗效比较有非常显著性差异(P <0.01)；治疗组14C尿素呼气试验转阴率为94.1%，对照组转阴率为75.8%，两组HP转阴率比较具有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论：10 d序贯疗法治疗HP感染的根治率较传统三联疗法效果好，且副作用少，依从性好，安全可靠。 |

| Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of 10 days sequential treatment(including omeprazole，amoxillin,clarithromycin and tinidazole) and 10 days traditional trigeminy therapy(including omeprazole,amoxillin and clarithromycin)for the eradication of helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods:67 Patients with HP positive who were detected by 14C urea breath test or gastroscope HP test were randomly divided into two groups:the therapic group(34 cases) and the control group(33 cases).The therapic group was treated with lansoprazole,amoxillin at first 5 days,lansoprazole,clarithromycin and tinidazole at the second 5 days：while the control group was treated with lansoprazole,amoxillin and clarithromycin for 10 days.The 14C urea breath test was detected after course of treatment finished in a month.Results:There was significant difference comparing the total effective rate of the therapic group and the control group with the rate is 97.1% to 78.8%(P <0.01).The eradication rate of 10 days sequential therapy was 94.1% and that of control group was 75.7%,and there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:10 days sequential therapy is more effective,well-tolerated and with higher rate of eradication than traditional trigeminy therapy. |
