| 目的：观察六味地黄丸加黄芪治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法：糖尿病肾病气阴两虚证患者 40 例随机分为两组，对照组采用单纯常规治疗，即格列吡嗪5 mg，tid；阿卡波糖100 mg，tid；卡托普利12.5 mg，bid；治疗组在常规治疗基础上加六味地黄丸加黄芪治疗，4周为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮治疗前后变化。结果：两组治疗前后对比，尿蛋白减少，肌酐、尿素氮下降 (P <0.05) ，且治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：六味地黄丸加黄芪治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚证有效。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of Liuweidihuangwan add Huangqi treated patients of DN who with deficiency of both qi and yin. Methods: 40 Patients with DN who with deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group use routine treatment with Glipizide(5mg，tid), Glucobay(100mg，tid) and Captopril(12.5mg，bid),and the treatment group were therapied with Liuweidihuangwan add Huangqi addedly,which based on the routed treatways.Their changes,including urokinase protein,SCr,BUN were observed.Results:Urokinase protein and SCr were both decreased(P <0.05) in treatment group,which is better than control group.Conclusion:Liuweidihuangwan add Huangqi can treated patients of DN who with deficiency of both qi and yin. |
