| 目的：探讨青年胃癌的临床病理特点以及手术对患者预后的影响。方法：对42例青年胃癌的临床资料、手术方式以及随访结果进行分析。结果：青年胃癌以女性患者多发，病理组织学分化较差，临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期较常见，手术方式对预后有影响。 结论：青年胃癌早期诊断、根治性手术、及时治疗是提高患者预后的关键。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinicopathologic characteristics and the resection influencing the prognosis of gastric cancer of young patients.Methods:The 42 patients with gastric cancer had been selected to analyze the gender、clinicopathology and resection influencing the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.Results:In the series of young patients, female predominated. And, there were more cases with poorly differentiated and most patients were classified as clinic stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ.The clinic stage of the disease, radical degree of surgical resection were significant impact on survival.Conclusions:Early discoverical,diagnostic and therapied rate of gastric cancer and the curative resection are the key element in improving the prognosis of gastric cancer of young patients. |
