| 目的：研究采用YL-1型针穿刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗外伤性硬膜下积液的临床效果。方法：回顾性总结75例外伤性硬膜下积液治疗结果，治疗组35例，采用YL-1型针穿刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗；对照组30例，单纯用钻孔引流术治疗。结果：两组的治疗效果有显著性差异(P <0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。结论：采用YL-1型针穿刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗外伤性硬膜下积液，疗效满意，值得推广。 |

| Objective:To research adopts YL-1 type needle biopsy combination buyanghuanwu formula treatment of traumatic subdural effusion clinical effect.Methods:Retrospective summary 75 cases of traumatic subdural effusion treatment outcome,treatment group: 35 patients, using YL-1 type needle biopsy combination buyanghuanwu formula treatment;control group: 30 cases,pure with drilling drainage of treatment.Results:The two groups of therapeutic effect was significant difference(P <0.05),the treatment group was better than in control group.Conclusion:The YL-1 type needle biopsy combination buyanghuanwu formula treatment of traumatic subdural effusion patients,the results were satisfactory,worth extending. |
