| 目的：探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的方法、疗效与处理要点。方法：33例肾囊肿患者均在全麻下行后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术。结果：33例手术均获成功，手术时间50~120 min，平均80 min；术中出血量20~100 mL，平均40 mL；术后住院天数4~8 d，平均5 d；无严重并发症；术后随访5个月以上未见复发。结论：后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术创伤小，恢复快，疗效佳，是肾囊肿的首选治疗方法。 |

| Objective:To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic unroofing and decompression in the treatment of renal cyst. Methods:33 Patients were operated on under general anesthesia and underwent netroperitoneoscopic unroofing and decompression.Results:33 Patients underwent netroperitoneoscopic unroofing and decompression were successful. The operation time was 50~120 min (mean 80 min),the intraoperative blood loss was 20~100 mL(mean 40 mL).The postoperative hospital stay was 4~8 days (mean 5 days). During the follow-up of 5 months , no recurrence was found, and no severe.Conclusions:Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing and decompression is effective, safe, minimal invasive, rapid post-operative rehabilitation,and the first choice to trear renal cyst. |
