| 目的：观察依那普利和吲哒帕胺对高血压合并左心室肥厚（LVH）患者的降压及逆转LVH的效果。方法：选择58例高血压并LVH患者，给予依那普利和吲哒帕胺联合治疗36周。观察治疗前后的血压、动态血压及患者的左室舒张末内径(LVDd)、室间隔厚度（IVST）、左室后壁厚度（LVPWT）、左室质量指数(LVMI)。结果：治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压、24h收缩压、24h舒张压明显下降，P <0.01；IVST、LVPWT、LVDd、LVMI值较治疗前减少，P <0.05。结论：依那普利和吲哒帕胺合用有较好的降压及逆转LVH的作用。 |

| Objective:To observe the effects of enalapril and indapamide on left ventricular hypertrophy and hypertension.Methods:58 Patients with hypertension combined left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with enalapril and indapamide within 36 weeks,after theraphy,the blood pressure,ambulatory blood pressure,interventricular septal thickness,posterior left ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular diastole diameter and left ventricular mass index were compared with those before therapy.Results:After therapy,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,24 hours systolic pressure,24 hours diastolic pressure decreased obviously,P <0.01.The interventricular septal thickness,posterior left ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular diastole diameter and left ventricular mass index decreased also,and P < 0.05.Conclusions:The combination therapy of enalapril and indapamide are beneficial to the decrease of blood pressure and reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy. |
