| 目的：研究稳心颗粒与美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法：将120例室性早搏患者随机分为三组，每组40例，Ⅰ组：稳心颗粒组，Ⅱ组：美托洛尔组，Ⅲ组：联合用药组。观察临床症状及24h动态心电图的变化，以评估其疗效。结果：Ⅲ组总有效率明显高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组（P <0.05）；心电图改变比较，Ⅲ组心电图变化的总有效率明显高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组（P <0.05）。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组疗效、心电图变化的总有效率差异均无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论：稳心颗粒与美托洛尔治疗室性早搏疗效相当，稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的疗效优于单用稳心颗粒或美托洛尔。 |

| Objective:To study the curative effect of Wenxinkeli and Metoprolol for the patients with ventricular premature beats.Methods:120 patients with ventricular premature beats were divided into 3 groups at random, 40 in every group,group Ⅰ:Wenxinkeli group, group Ⅱ: Metoprolol group,groupⅢ: Wenxinkeli + Metoprolol group. The curative effect was assessed by the clinical symptoms and the change of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram. Results:The clinical total effective rate of group Ⅲ was higher than that of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ respectively(P <0.05), and The ECG total effective rate of group Ⅲ was higher than that of group Ⅰ and groupⅡ respectively (P < 0.05).But the clinical and ECG total effective rate were not significant differences between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ(P > 0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Wenxinkeli equivalents with Metoprolol in treatment of ventricular premature beats; The curative effect of Wenxinkeli with Metoprolol in treatment of ventricular premature beats was better than that by Wenxinkeli or Metoprolol alone. |
