| 目的：探讨治疗肩锁关节脱位的治疗方法。方法：临床治疗86例，均采用AO锁骨钩钢板内固定。结果：58例获得随访，随访时间8~22个月，平均12个月。术后X光片显示肩锁关节间隙复位满意。按Karlsson术后疗效评价标准，本组优48例，良10例，差0例，优良率100%。结论：AO钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位，固定可靠，可早期活动肩关节，功能恢复快，疗效满意。 |

| Objective:To investigate the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation treatment. Methods ：86 cases for clinical treatment,are used by AO clavicular hook plate fixation. Results: 58 cases were followed up for 8 to 22 months, an average of 12 months. Postoperative X-rays showed satisfactory reduction acromioclavicular joint space. According to Karlsson curative effect evaluation criteria, this group of 48 patients with excellent, good in 10 cases and poor in 0 cases, excellent rate of 100%.Conclusion:AO hook plate for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, fixed and reliable, allowing early shoulder functional recovery ,and results are satisfactory. |
