| 目的：探讨术前新辅助化疗对Ⅰb~Ⅱb期宫颈癌高危患者的近期疗效。方法：43例宫颈癌术前采用1~3个疗程的静脉化疗后手术，观察近期疗效。结果：临床近期有效率达69.8%，手术切除率达100%。结论：术前新辅助化疗对Ⅰb~Ⅱb期宫颈癌高危患者有效，能明显缩小局部肿瘤，提高手术切除率，可以提高治疗效果和进一步改善生活质量。 |

| Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation on high-risk patients of cervical cancer in the Ⅰb~Ⅱb periods. Method: 43 patients with cervical cancer were treated with 1~3 courses of intravenous chemotherapy before operation and the short-term efficacy was evaluated. Results: The short-term clinical effective rate was 69.8%,and the surgical resection rate reached as high as 100%.Conclusion：The neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation was effective on high-risk patients of cervical cancer in the Ⅰb~Ⅱb periods. After the treatment, tumor local was reduced significantly and the resection rate was increased. An improved life quality could be realized thereupon by an improved therapeutic effect. |
