| 目的：观察中药配合卡舒宁对糖尿病合并慢性咽炎防治的有效性。方法：265例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组135例用中药内服加卡舒宁肌肉注射，持续2周，对照组130例用西药雾化，持续2周，观察其疗效；并对治疗有效者进行随访，统计其慢性咽炎的复发率。结果：治疗组有效率91.1%，对照组有效率76.2%，两组疗效有显著性差异( P <0.05 )，治疗组的疗效优于对照组；治疗组复发率13.3%，对照组复发率34.1%，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论：中药配合卡舒宁对糖尿病合并慢性咽炎能起到有效的防治作用。 |

| Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Chinise Medicine and BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Preparation in Diabetes Mellitus with Chronic Pharynitis.Methods:The treated group were treated with Chinese medicine and BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Preparation for 2 weeks,The control group were treated with western medicine ultrasonic atomization ,and study the recurrence rate of chronic pharynitis.Results:The oveall respose rates of treated and control group were 91.1% and 76.2%,And the recurrence rate were 13.3% and 34.1%.Conclusion:Chinese Medicine and BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Preparation is a effective mothod for Diabetes Mellitus with Chronic Pharynitis. |
