| 目的：观察中医辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的疗效和安全性。方法：100例AS随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，对照组给予依那西普皮下注射；治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医辨证口服中药治疗。两组疗程均为6个月。治疗前后分别检测晨僵时间、Schober试验、胸廓扩张度、指地距、枕壁距、BASDAI评分、BASMI评分、血沉、C反应蛋白。结果：治疗6个月后，治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P <0.05）；治疗组临床疗效指标较治疗前显著改善（P <0.05或P <0.01）。口服中药未发现严重不良反应。结论：在西医治疗的基础上加用中医辨证论治，可显著提高疗效，病人耐受性好。 |

| Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical in treatment on patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:100 cases of AS were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases),The control group was treated with subcutaneous etanercept injections; The treatment group was treated with oral application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Application of TCM treatment on the basis of the control group.Course of two groups were 6 months. The following indicators were used to detect before and after treatment: time of morning stiffness, Schober test, thoracic expansion degrees, refers to land distance, pillow-wall distance, BASDAI score, BASMI score, ESR, C-reactive protein.Results:After 6 months, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in the total efficiency rate of the treatment(P <0.05);Treatment group after treatment compared with pre-treatment significantly improved efficacy in clinical indicators(P <0.05 or P <0.01), oral medicine found no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of dialectic can significantly increase the efficacy of therapy based on Western medicine, the patient well tolerated. |
