| 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对急性胰腺炎及其并发症的诊断价值。方法：收集我院近年来经B超、血清淀粉酶以及临床病理证实、资料完整的急性胰腺炎CT征象进行回顾性分析。结果：本组急性胰腺炎患者临床症状和体征包括急性及弥漫性上腹疼痛、呕吐，均伴有血、尿胰酶及淀粉酶增高。胰腺实质改变CT表现为胰腺肿胀、蜂窝组织炎、点状或小片状低密度区、斑点状高密度出血灶、包膜增厚等，CT增强扫描可分辨急性胰腺炎是水肿型还是出血坏死型。结论：急性胰腺炎为最常见的胰腺疾病，也是最常见的急腹症之一，多层螺旋CT能确诊急性胰腺炎，判断炎症累及范围。CT检查有助于急性胰腺炎的诊断，并能明确有无并发症，极大地提高了急性胰腺炎的检出率和诊断正确率，对临床正确诊断及制订科学的治疗方案以及判断预后有重要的指导意义。 |

| Objective:Discussion multi-layer screw CT at acute pancreatitis and complication diagnosis value. Method:Collected my courtyard in recent years after the ultrasound, the serum amylase as well as the clinical pathology confirmed that material complete acute pancreatitis CT the sign carried on the review analysis.Result: This group of acute pancreatitis patient clinical symptoms and symptom including acute and diffused in abdomen ache, vomit, is accompanied by the blood, the urine pancreas enzyme and the amylase markup.Pancreatic gland material change characteristic CT performance for pancreatic gland swelling, cellulitis, unctual or small laminated low density area, spot punctual high density hemorrhage stove, involucrum accumulation and so on.The CT enhancement scanning may distinguish the acute pancreatitis is dropsy or bleeds necrosis.Conclusion:The acute pancreatitis are the most common pancreatic disease, is also one of most common acute abdominal pains, Multi-layered screw CT can diagnose the acute pancreatitis, can judge the inflammation specially to implicate the scope. The CT inspection is helpful to acute pancreatitis' diagnosis, and whether there is can be clear about the complication, raised acute pancreatitis' detection rate and the diagnosis accuracy enormously, has the important guiding sense to the clinical correct diagnosis and the making science's therapeutic schedule as well as the judgment prognosis. |
