| 目的：探讨中药灌肠在女性盆腔炎性包块治疗中的应用。方法：将86例确诊为盆腔炎性包块的患者随机分为两组：观察组44例,在抗生素治疗基础上辅用中药保留灌肠；对照组42例，仅用抗生素治疗。并进行疗效比较。结果：治疗1~2个疗程后随访治疗效果，观察组治愈率为86.36%，对照组为28.57%，观察组较对照组治愈率高，差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论：在抗生素治疗基础上辅用中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块能明显缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率。 |

| Objective:To investigate the application of coloclysis by Chinese materia medica in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory mass.Methods:86 cases of pelvic inflammatory mass were divided into research group and control group.The research group(44 cases) were treated by antibiotics, plus Chinese materia medica as enteroclysm,and the control group(42 cases) were treated by antibiotics only. Results:After 1~2 courses of treatment, the recovery rate of research group (86.36%) was signifcantly higher than the control group(28.57%)(P <0.01).Conclusion:The therapeutic time was significantly shortened by the treatment of antibiotics plus Chinese materia medica as enteroclysm in pelvic inflammatory mass,as well as the cure rate we mentioned above. |
