| 目的：观察补肾活血化痰法治疗多囊卵巢综合征（Polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）的临床疗效。方法：依据 PCOS标准收集PCOS患者42例，采用补肾活血化痰法进行治疗。观察患者治疗前后肥胖、多毛、黑棘皮症、痤疮等临床症状及血睾酮（Testosterone, T）、胰岛素(Insulin, INS)、黄体生成激素（Luteotrophic hormone， LH）、卵泡刺激素（Follicle stimulating hormone, FSH）、雌二醇(Estradiol, E2)等的变化情况。结果：补肾活血化痰法不但能显著改善患者的肥胖、多毛、黑棘皮症、痤疮等临床症状（P <0.05），还可以明显降低患者的血T、INS和LH水平（P <0.05）。结论：补肾活血化痰法治疗PCOS有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Objective：To observe the curative effect appraisals of treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome （PCOS）by Bushen Huoxue Huatan （BSHXHT）.Methods：Forty-two women were treated by BSHXHT.Before and after treatment, the body mass index (BMI)，Ferriman-Gallwey score , acanthosis nigricans score, Rosenfield score and the serum levels of testosterone（T）, insulin (INS) , luteotrophic hormone（LH），follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）and estradiol (E2) were detected.Results：BSHXHT can lessen the symptoms of the patients with PCOS such as acanthosis nigricans, acne and so on（P <0.05）, and can significantly reduce the serum levels of T 、INS and LH in PCOS women（P < 0.05).Conclusions: BSHXHT has significant positive effect on PCOS. |
