| 目的：观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将124例患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组62例，对照组采用奥美拉唑等治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参苓白术散加减方治疗。结果：治疗组在总疗效和清除幽门螺旋杆菌方面均明显优于对照组(P <0.01)。结论：中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡有明显的疗效。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect on peptic ulcer treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method: 124 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Omeprozole was used in the control group, 62 cases in the treatment group were treated by omeprozole and Shenlin Baizhu Shan. Results: The total effective rate and clearance rate for helicobacter pylori in the treatment group were significantly superior to that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had good effect for peptic ulcer. |
