| 目的：总结痛风性关节炎的临床特点及误诊误治情况，吸取其中的经验教训。方法：回顾性分析82例痛风性关节炎患者的临床表现及治疗经过。结果：82例痛风性关节炎患者以中年男性多见，以足第一跖趾关节为首发表现者46例（56.1%），本病易误诊为其它疾病，长期不规则使用糖皮质激素治疗者29例(35.4%)，急性痛风性关节炎应用中西医结合治疗能达到较好疗效。结论：痛风性关节炎是一种主要累及单关节或寡关节的急性炎症性疾病，第一跖趾关节受累最常见，规范治疗有较好的疗效。 |

| Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristic and the error diagnostic and treatment of gout arthritis ,in order to gain experience.Methods:The clinical characteristics and the treatment process of 82 patients with gout arthritis were analyzed.Results:In the 82 patients with gout arthritis,most of them were middle-aged male; The patients who initially had first metatarsus toe joint involvement were 46(56.1%)cases; This sickness is easy to be misdiagnose for other diseases; The cases of long-term misusing glucocorticoid is 29(35.4%);In acute episode, Cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment could get better therapeutic effect.Conclusions:Gout arthritis is a kind of acute single joint arthritis that mainly involves middle-aged males.The first metatarsus toe joint is usually affected, The correct treatment could get better therapeutic. |
