| 目的：探讨清热解毒汤保留灌肠与西药联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将慢性溃疡性结肠炎病人随机分为对照组与治疗组，前者给予西药常规治疗，后者除常规治疗外，还给予清热解毒汤保留灌肠。分析两组病人各项指标在治疗前后的变化，比较两种治疗方法对于该病的有效率和治愈率；并计算每例病人住院期间在治疗方面的花费，比较两组病人的成本-效果比，评价两组病人的花费有效性。结果：治疗组总有效率、治愈率均高于对照组（P <0.05）。虽然治疗组病人平均治疗费用高于对照组，但其平均成本-效果比要低于对照组，说明治疗组病人有较高的花费有效性（P <0.05）。结论：清热解毒汤保留灌肠联合西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎可以更快地控制病情、改善病状，有较好的临床疗效，病人在疾病治疗费用方面有更好的花费有效性。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect on treating chronic ulcerative colitis by combining antipyretic-detoxicate soap with western medicine.Methods:All chronic ulcerative colitis patients were divided into two groups, control group and treating group were treated by traditional western medicine,and treating group was treated by retention enema with antipyretic-detoxicate soap. The effectiveness ratio and cure ratio were contrasted between control group and treating group. Otherwise, every patient’s cost in hospital was calculated after treatment. The cost-effectiveness ratio was contrasted between control group and treating group so as to judge which treatment had more cost-effective.Results:The total effectiveness ratio and cure ratio of treating group were higher than that of control group（P <0.05）. The cost in treating group was more effective than in control group（P <0.05）. Conclusion:The state of chronic ulcerative colitis will be controlled and its symptoms meliorated more rapidly treating by antipyretic-detoxicate soap with western medicine, and the clinical curative effect will be better. Also, patients’ costs will be more effective. |
