| 目的：分析乳腺增生症的声像图表现，并与病理结果相对照、进行超声分型，旨在提高超声对乳腺增生症的诊断符合率。方法：分析59例乳腺增生症的二维图像特征及彩色血流信号、频谱特点，观察异常回声区形态、部位、大小、边界、有无包膜、内部回声，并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果：59例中，术前超声诊断53例，漏诊2例，误诊4例，本组诊断符合率89.8％。超声根据声像图特征分3型，即：单纯型8例，乳腺增生囊肿为主型19例，乳腺增生实质肿块型32例。结论：乳腺增生症声像图与病理结果对照具有特征性表现，能提高诊断乳腺肿块的诊断符合率，为临床提供有价值的诊断依据。 |

| Objective:To analyse the sonographic feature of breast hyperplasia，and combine with the pathological examinations to do the ultrasonic classification, in order to raise the diagnostic rate of breast hyperplasia.Methods:Fifty-nine patients with breast hyperplasia were evaluated by two- dimensional ultrasonic Image, color doppler uhrasono- graphy and HFU. The abnormal morphology of echoes, location, size, edge, well-filmed or ill-defined border, internal echoes were evaluated. The sonographic and histopathologic findings of all nodules were comparatively analyzed.Results: In 59 patients, 53 csaes were diagnosed with ultrasound before operation, 2 cases were missed injuries, 4 cases were mis- diagnosed.The diagnose accordance rate was 89.8％. According to the characteristics of ultrasonic image classification, there were 8 cases with simple type, 19 cases with cyst predominant type, 32 cases with substantial mass type.Conclusions: Breast hyperplasia and pathological examinations has specific sonographic features，which may be helpful in raising the ultrasonic diagnosis rate in bread lumps and can provides valuable method for clinical diagnosis． |
