| 目的：探讨补肾活血法配合针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的临床疗效。方法：从月经周期第5天起，对照组使用西药克罗米芬及HCG促排卵，治疗组使用补肾活血中药及针刺促排卵。3个月为1个疗程，共观察2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗周期的血黄体生成激素(LH) 和雌二醇( E2) 水平、卵巢动脉血流、排卵率及妊娠率，并进行比较。结果：治疗组妊娠率53.3%，对照组妊娠率33.3%，二者比较差异有显著性（P <0.05）。结论：针药并治能明显提高未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征患者妊娠率。 |

| Objective:To study the effect on the luteinifzed unruptured follicle by the Bushen Huoxue traditional medicine and acupuncture.Methods:From the fifth day of menstruation, Clomiphene Citrate and HCG were used on the control group, but the Bushen Huoxue traditional medicine and acupuncture were used on the treatment group. Three months’treatment was taken as one therapeutic course and the observation lasted for 2 courses.The luteinizing hormone(LH) level, the Estradiol (E2) level , ovarian artery blood flow , ovulation percentageand， gestation percentage were determined.Results: The pregnancy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion:The treatment by the chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture has the effect on elevating the pregnancy rate in luteinifzed unruptured follicle factor infertility women. |
