| 目的：观察大鼠■创伤牙周组织中的PGE2、TXB2水平的变化，探讨大鼠■创伤对牙周组织的影响。方法：将48只大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组，每大组各又分为4小组，每小组6只，■创伤3d、2周、4周及12周时处死大鼠，提取■创伤牙龈、牙槽骨标本测定PGE2、TXB2含量。检测结果进行统计学分析。结果：对照组各组间PGE2、TXB2含量均无差异（P >0.05）。实验组各组间PGE2、TXB2含量有显著差异（P <0.001），其中3d组除牙龈TXB2高于对照组外（P <0.01），余PGE2、TXB2均明显高于对照组（P < 0.001）；2周组PGE2、TXB2最高，4周组PGE2、TXB2有所下降，但均高于对照组（P <0.001）；12周组PGE2、TXB2明显下降，接近对照组（P >0.05）。结论：■创伤牙周组织中PGE2、TXB2的变化规律是由病变到修复到适应的过程。 |

| Objective:To investigate the changes of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and thromboxane B2(TXB2) in periodontium while the rat with occlusal trauma, and discuss effects on periodontium. Methods: 48 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to 8 groups, 4 experimental groups and 4 control groups. Each group had 6 rats. The rats in experimental groups were operated occlusal trauma, not so the control. They were killed at 3days, 2 weeks ,4 weeks and 12 weeks postoperation. The amount of PGE2 and TXB2 were tested in gingiva and alveolar bone between experimental and control groups. Results: The level of PGE2 in control groups was no obvious difference (P >0.05), so as the level of TXB2; while those in experimental groups showed significant difference (P <0.001). The levels of PGE2 and TXB2 in experimental groups were higher than those in control(P <0.001) besides TXB2 in gingiva at 3 days (P <0.01). Those in experimental groups came up to the highest level at 2 weeks, coming down at 4 weeks. The levels in experimental groups decreased and were close to those in control at 12 weeks (P >0.05). Conclusion: The changes of periodontium in occlusal trauma is from pathological changes to repair and adaptation. |
