| 目的：探讨耳石移位手法对后半规管性、水平半规管性良性的阵发性位置性眩晕的治疗效果。方法：根据眼震特点，进行分型、定侧，并采用相应的耳石复位技术对21例病人进行治疗,每一治疗循环间隔3d。结果：17例患者的眩晕和眼震于治疗后立刻或1周内逐渐消失，治疗有效，另外4例无效：总有效率80.95%。结论：对不同类型的良性阵发性位置性眩晕采用不同的耳石移位手法治疗，可作为门诊的首选治疗方法。 |

| Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(HC-BPPV,PC-BPPV).Methods:after the BPVV types and the affected sides were determined, the appropriate repositioning maneuvers were chosen and performed.twenty one patients with BPPV are treated ,as single circulation per 3 day. Results:After treatment complete remission of vertigo and nystagmus were found in 17 cases .4 cases of those were noneffective . The total improvement rate was 80.95%.Conclusion:The disease might be diagnosed through typical clinical manifestations and posture test, and different repositive treatment might be used according to different type of BPPV. They are the preferred therapy to treat BPPV. |
