| 目的：观察抗自由基药物（VE和VC）辅助治疗儿童癫痫的疗效。方法：癫痫患者56例，所有病例均符合国际抗癫痫联盟癫痫的诊断标准，随机分为传统抗癫痫药组（18例）、传统抗癫痫药+VE组（19例）、传统抗癫痫药+VC+VE组（19例），检测各组治疗前后静脉血中总抗氧化力（T-Aoc）及丙二醛（MDA）的平均水平。结果：（1）传统抗癫痫药+VE组静脉血中T-Aoc的平均水平较传统抗癫痫药组高，P <0.05；MDA的平均水平较传统抗癫痫药组低，P <0.05。（2）传统抗癫痫药+VC+VE组T-Aoc的平均水平较传统抗癫痫药+VE组高，但P >0.05，无统计学意义；MDA的平均水平较传统抗癫痫药+VE组低，P <0.05。（3）传统抗癫痫药+VC+VE组、传统抗癫痫药+VE组、传统抗癫痫药组治疗后的总有效率分别为68.4%、63.2%、55.6%。结论：对癫痫患儿加用抗自由基药物（VE和VC）作为辅助治疗，在血液指标与疗效方面可能优于未加者。VE、VC联合应用能起到协同效应，二者联合可能增强了抗氧化效果与抗癫痫作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between free radical and epilepsy, observe the effect of antioxidant(vitamin E and vitamin C).Methods: The epilepsy group consists of 56 partial epilepsy cases, diagnosed according the classification of the International League Against Epilepsy. The epilepsy group was divided randomly into three sub-groups: traditional anticonvulsant group(18 cases),traditional anticonvulsant drug group plus vitamin E(19 cases),traditional anticonvulsant drug group plus vitamin E and C(19 cases).Vein plasma total antioxidant capacity(T-Aoc) and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured in three groups before and after treatment. Results :The T-Aoc level was increased in add-on vitamin E/vitamin C groups and higher than in traditional anticonvulsant group. The MDA level was decreased in add-on vitamin E/vitamin C groups (P <0.05).Compared to traditional anticonvulsant group, seizure frequency was slightly decreased in add-on vitamin E group, and in add-on vitamin E and vitamin C group, the effective rate was 55.6%，63.2%and 68.4%separately.Conclusion: Add-on antioxidant(vitamin E/vitamin C)therapy showed difference both in laboratory test and clinical seizure frequency.Vitamin E worked in coordination with vitamin C,when used together, their antioxidant and anticonvulsant effect may be strengthened. |
