| 目的：探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将我院收入院的急性脑梗死病例184例，随机分为两组，治疗组给予疏血通注射液治疗，对照组给予血栓通注射液治疗，通过不同时期的神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效及实验室指标等的比较，评价两组治疗方法的疗效。结果：治疗组神经功能缺损评分在早期及预后均较对照组有明显改善，可缩短疗程，减轻致残，总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异（P <0.05），而副作用未有差异。结论：疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全，有效，方便及经济。 |

| Objective:To study the effect of shuxuetong injection in acute Cerebral infarction.Methods:We collected 184 acute cerebral infarction paitients in our hospital, and divided them randomly into two groups. In the treatment group, we used shuxuetong injecton, while in the comparative group,we used xueshuantong injection. Then we compared the two groups in the following aspets: neurological impairmet grade, clinical effect, laboratory index and so on.Results:The neurological impairment grade in the treatment group was much better than in the comparative group. The period of treatment was shortened, and the disability rate was reduced. Obvious difference exists in the total effective rate between the two groups(P <0.05). No difference exists in the side effect compare. Conclusion:Shuxuetong injection is safe, effective, convenient, and economical in acute cerebral infarction treatment. |
