| 目的：探讨低张胃CT扫描在胃癌术前分期方面的价值。方法：经胃镜病理证实的30例胃癌患者行CT检查，观察其CT表现，并和手术、病理做对照分析。 结果：CT显示进展期胃癌30例，T分期诊断正确率80.0%（24/30），N分期诊断正确率70.8%（17/24），M分期诊断正确率66.7%（6/9）。结论：低张胃CT扫描对中晚期胃癌诊断价值较大，可指导临床手术和治疗方案的制定。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the preoperative CT scan of gastric carcinoma.Methods:Thirty cases of gastric carcinoma were proved by pathology and examined with CT scanning using hypotonic and water-drinking technique.All of the CT features were observed and compared with pathology.Results:The demonstrated gastric carcinoma was 30 cases in middle-late period，the staging accuracy for T，N and M was 80.0%，70.8% and 66.7%，respectively.Conclusion:CT scanning technique using hypotonic and water-drinking has an important value for gastric carcinoma in middle-late period and helpful in selecting of the appropriate patients for surgery or other treatment methods. |
