| 目的：观察中医药治疗妇女子宫出血的效果和作用机制。方法：采用随机单盲法将患者分为协定处方药治疗组及宫血宁对照组，对两组的止血及调经效果进行比较，观察两组疗效的差异性，并测定治疗前后血常规指标变化。结果：治疗组与对照组之间月经量比较，其差异有统计学意义（P <0.01），在第二疗程结束后，治疗组优于对照组。调经疗效比较，第一疗程结束后，治疗组痊愈者较多，达23.8%，总有效率达93.1%，对照组总有效率为78.8%，两组显效率及总有效率之间差异有显著性（P <0.01）。在痊愈患者中随机抽取20例1年后回访，全部痊愈。结论：协定处方药有化瘀解毒、调冲止血的作用，可用于治疗各种证型子宫出血。 |

| Objective:Observation of effitiveness and mechanism of cure the women uterus blooding with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Patient of uterus bleeding was Random's divided into two groups , comparison on two groups of hemostasises and the effect regulating the menstrual function, Observe the difference of curative effects of two groups ,and determine the change curing the front and back routine blood test index.Result:Compared the volume of menstration of two groups, the difference has statistics meaning (P <0.01), After second courses of treatment, cure a group was better than Contrast a group. Compared the regulating menstruation curative effect, In the first courses of treatment , the patient who cures a group being recovered is more(Reach 23.8%), Total efficiency was 93.1%, Contrast a group’s was 78.8％, Convatescing rate and total effective percentage of two group there are significant difference(P <0.01).After a year, Pay a return visit to 20 example patient by random’s chosen , all were recovery.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine prescription has the function of removing extravasted blood and disintoxicating, The effictiveness of the staunch and regulates menstration was better than comparison group’s. |
