| 目的：评价水蛭素治疗不稳定心绞痛（UAP ）的临床疗效。方法：将64例UAP患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各32例，均服用抗心肌缺血的基础药物，治疗组加服脉血康500mg，每天3次，连用4周。对照组口服阿司匹林100mg，每天1次。结果：治疗组总有效率90.62%，对照组总有效率71.88%（P <0.05），治疗组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率均显著降低（P <0.01），明显低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：在常规治疗基础上联合水蛭素治疗不稳定心绞痛效果显著，副作用低，可减少心肌梗死的发生。 |

| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Hirudin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods:64 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly allocated into the Controlling group(receive aspirin daily 100mg) and Treating group(receive Hirudin 500mg ,tid, for 4 week).Basic antimyocardial ischemia drugs were taken by both groups at the same time.Result:The efficient rate in Treating group was up to 90.62%,but Control group 71.88%,they were different remarkably(P <0.05).Total blood viscosity、plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in Treating group were significantly decreased(P <0.01).Treating group was superior to Control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Hirudin combined with normal treatment is an effective and safe agent for treatment of unstable angina pectoris ,which decrese incidence of ayocarid infraction. |
