| 目的：探讨男性不育中医辨证分型与血清性激素的相关性。方法：将男性不育患者分为肾阳虚型、肾阴虚型、痰湿内蕴型、肝郁血瘀型、湿热下注型。检测血清中T、FSH、LH、PRL、E2，分析各中医分型与性激素水平间的关系。结果：血清中T、PRL、E2在肾阳虚型、肾阴虚型、痰湿内蕴型、肝郁血瘀型、湿热下注型的组间差异非常显著（P <0.01）。FSH、LH在肾阳虚型、肾阴虚型、痰湿内蕴型、肝郁血瘀型、湿热下注型的组间有显著差异（P <0.05）。结论：男性不育中医分型与血清性激素水平有一定的相关性，这为中医规范化治疗和中医诊疗现代化奠定了一定的基础。 |

| Objective:To investigate the relationship between the types of differential diagnosis of male infertility and serum sex hormones.Methods:The types of differential diagnosis of male infertility were divided into deficiency of kidney-YANG,deficiency of kidney-YIN, meaning of phlegm ,liver depression and blood stasis , downward flow of damp-heat. Their serum T (Testosterone), FSH (Follicle-stimulating hormone),LH(Luteinizing hormone),PRL(Prolactin),E2(Estradiol) were determined to analyse the relationship between the types of differential diagnosis and serum sex hormone. Results:The level of T、PRL、E2 in serum was highly significant distinction (P <0.01),The level of FSH、LH was difference (P <0.05)among groups.Conclusion:The types of differential diagnosis of male infertility was correlated to its level of serum sex hormones. |
