| 目的：探讨阿立派唑治疗精神分裂症的临床有效性和安全性。方法：将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的60例患者随机分成阿立派唑组（30例）和喹硫平组（30例）。治疗6周，使用精神分裂症阳性与阴性量表（PANSS）、简明精神分裂症（BPRS）和临床疗效总评量表（CGI）评定疗效，用副反应量表（TESS）和实验室检查评定安全性。 结果：两组治疗后6周PANSS总分减分率显著低于治疗前（P <0.01），临床总有效率：阿立派唑组为83%，喹硫平组为80%，两组疗效比较无显著性差异，说明两药对精神分裂症阳性、阴性症状均有良好疗效。阿立派唑不良反应发生率低且程度轻微，病人能耐受。结论：阿立派唑疗效与喹硫平相似，是一种有效、安全的抗精神病药物。 |

| Objective:To probe the efficacy and safty of aripiprazole in treatment of achizophrenia. Methods:The 60 patients with achizophrenia, who met CCMD-3 criteria for achizophrenia, were randomlly assigned into two groups for 6-week treatment,the aripiprazole group(n=30) and the ouetiapine group (n=30) .their efficacy and safty were regularly evaluated by PANSS, CGI, TESS, laboratory investigations, respectively.Results:It was found that the subtract rate of the total course in PANSS in the two groups at the end of 6 weeks treatment showed significant decrease as compared with the baseline before the treatment(P<0.01).The efficacy of aripiprazole was similar to that of ouetiapine, and the clinic effective rate was 83﹪ in the aripiprazole group and 80﹪ in the ouetiapine group.the incidence of adverse effects was low and its adverse effects was easily tolerated.Conclusions:Aripiprazole is an effective and safe achizophrenia antipaychotic drug,its efficacy is similar to ouetiapine. |
